Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 35 years for Post No.1, 53 year for Grade F and 50 years for Grade E for Post No.2, 36 years for Grade C, 32 years for Grade B for Post No.3, 32 years for Post No.4 and 32 years Grade B, 36 years for Grade C for Post No.5. Age limit should be reckoned as on 30-09-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical) or M.Sc (Chemistry/ Bio-technology/ Polymer) for Post No.1, Ph.D in Experimental Physics (Nano Metal Synthesis/ CNT synthesis & characterization), PhD in Organic Chemistry for Post No.2, M. Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Electrochemical Engineering for Post No.3, Ph.D in Chemistry (Organo-metallics)/ Polymer Science/ Material Science for Post No.4, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering, PhD in relevant field for Post No.5.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test or preliminary personal interview and personal interview.
Application fee: Candidates belongs to General & OBC category have to pay the Non refundable application fee of Rs.300/- in the form of demand draft drawn on State Bank of India, Faridabad (Code 10449) in favor of Inidan Oil Corporation Ltd., R&D Centre payable at Faridabad. SC/ST/ PH applicants are exempted from payment of application fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their typed applications giving full details and attested photo copies of educational qualification and caste certificate along with one recent passport size photo pasted on application in an envelop super scripted with the name of the post applied for, should reach to Chief Manager (HRD&Trg), Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Research and Development Centre, Sector 13, Faridabad-121007 (Haryana) only by ordinary post so as to reach on or before 20-12-2013.
