Job Description:

* 0 - 2 years of experience in order management.

* Conversion of Requisitions to Purchase Orders

* Create purchasing order

* Request for Quotations from Suppliers

* Negotiate price on materials being purchased with suppliers

* Revise of Purchase Orders for price change, quantity or Delivery Date

* PO Cancellation

* Facilitation of invoice resolution with the AP Team

* Provide status on Purchase Order to the Production and Engineering teams when requested for

* Order Confirmation on orders escalated by the Order Confirmation team

* Resolve material issues with requestors and the engineering team

* Follow up with the suppliers via phone or email on the status of orders placed

* Respond to queries from Suppliers and Requestors

* Generate metric reports for weekly and monthly dashboards.

Skills:

* B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, BCA, MBA ( Except B.E,B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech ) and Basic knowledge of excel.

* Computer proficiency & literacy.

* Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.

* Proficient with MS office tools.
