Job Description:

Assistant Analyst (Finance Associate)

1) Data extraction and mining from insurance source systems for financial reporting and analysis as required by BU controllers.

2) Preparation of all required insurance reports from source underwriting systems(GENIUS etc) using COGNOS and OBIEE

3) Running complex SQL query to fetch data from various databases.

4) Post Graduate with IT background, BCA/MCA/PGDCA.

5) Advanced VBA, MS - Access and MS-Excel skills.

6) Good SQL Server Knowledge with excellent understanding of queries, Joins, etc is a MUST

7) Advanced Microsoft excel and VBA skills - pivot tables, macros etc.

Sr Finance Associate

1) To research, analyze, and validate business solutions for Oracle GL product.

2) Assist with the definition, creation, and documentation of all business requirements around Integration test lifecycle (UAT/SIT test scripts, Defects handling etc).

3) Data extraction and mining from insurance source systems for financial reporting and analysis as required by BU controllers

4) 4 to 6 years post qualification Oracle application DBA with experience in administration/maintenance of multiple databases in complex production and support environments.

5) Understanding of Oracle Applications, specifically the General Ledger module and strong analytical skills.

6) Financial Reporting experience required with working knowledge on BI tools like OBIEE/Hyperion/Cognos
