Job Details:

Desired Candidate Profile and Job Description:
Proficient in producing store plans using CAD application (MSTN / AutoCAD)
Develop design solutions and best fit Retail layouts to make life simpler for staff and better for customers
Structure and deliver store plans to given deadlines
Deliver plan of impeccable quality that adheres to all agreed planning principles and guidelines
Suggest alternate retail design options to planners based on experience – Optimum Usage of Retail Space and Cost Budgets
Identify and implement cost savings whilst maintaining quality and fit for purpose designs and plans
Attend and validate plans in the Governance Group meetings and adhere to store opening dates
Ensure all plans developed adhere to Tesco planning principles and any exceptions are signed off with the Group and the Country well in advance before signing off the final drawing at the scheme validation meeting.
Do root cause analysis to understand planning performance issues and solutions develop.
