Job details: - Proactively participate in ongoing projects in close association with manager
- Develop and demonstrate competence on the job
- Initiate, develop and recommend engineering methods and procedures to optimize existing processes (reduce cost, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Proactively provide engineering and technical assistance to the function
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles to optimize routine operational activities
- Assure compliance with corporate, site and regulatory policies, practices and guidelines
- Should possess excellent academic marks, strong in fundamentals and good in communication.
- Should be willing to learn and quickly adapt to the job requirements.
