Job Details:
To receive customer complaints over phone. Booking of cabs for employees. Creation and issue of badges, handling queries related to badges. Excellent E-mail writing & communication skills. Should be able to work in shifts. Preferably Non-Smoker Ready to work in all shifts (24*7 support).
Handling back end support.
Handling complaints (employee) - Timely and quality resolution of all complaints, queries and issues received.
Monitoring of alarms (fire alarm, etc).
