Job Details:
Candidate will be required to take responsibility for parts of an installation and problem management.
Candidate will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.
Candidate will need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.
Candidate need to support the engineering team to ensure that our client's hardware and software is operational.
