In Depth knowledge in one or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases / Networking / OS / Distributed Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services
Contributions in external forums (conferences, publications, blogs, open source)
Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
Strong Technical leadership qualities
Ability to learn new topics quickly
